Day 1:
Day Brief - We travel from Sydney, Australia to Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea
5.00am - Shuttle Bus leaves for Sydney International Airport. (Picking up passengers along the way)
6.30am - Arrive at Sydney International Airport.
8.45am - Depart Sydney for Port Moresby.
12.40pm - Arrive at Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. Collect luggage and proceed through customs.
2.00pm - Mini bus transfer from Port Moresby International Airport and check in at the hotel
5.30pm - Welcome meeting, trek briefing, and final gear check.
6.30pm - Dinner at the hotel

Day 2:
Day Brief -Today we travel by road from Port Moresby to Owers Corner via the Bomana War Cemetery wher we will pay our respects to the fallen soldiers. From Owers Corner we will start the Kokoda Track and trek to the Good Water campsite.
6am - Breakfast at the hotel.
8am - Mini Bus leaves for Bomana War Cemetery.
9am - Arrive at Bomana War Cemetery to pay our respects to the fallen soldiers.
9.45am - Mini Bus leaves Bomana War Cemetery for Owers Corner, the start of the Kokoda Track.
10.30am - Arrive at Owers Corner, meet our porters and get ready to start the Kokoda Track.
11.00am - We start the Kokoda Track and trek from Owers Corner to Good Water.
3.00pm - Arrive at the Good Water campsite.

Day 3:
Day Brief - We trek from the Good Water campsite to Ofi Creek campsite. This will be the first full day on the track and we will ascend Imita and Ioribaiwa Ridges.

Day 4:
Day Brief - We trek from Ofi Creek campsite to Nauro Village. Today we will ascend the Magulia Range with its many false peaks and arrive at the first village along the Kokoda Track.

Day 5:
Day Brief We trek from Nauro Village to Menari Village. Today we will trek through thick marsh lands and ascend 'The Wall' and then trek down into the largest village along the Kokoda Track 'Menari' Village.

Day 6:
Day Brief - We trek from Menari Village to Efogi Village. Today we will climb Brigade Hill there we hold a special service at the famous battlesite. Continuing on our journey we then traverse the ridge line around into the beautiful Efogi village.

Day 7:
Day Brief - We trek from Efogi Village to the 1900 campsite. Today we will start to ascend Mount Bellamy passing through 'Naduri' village on our way to the highest campsite along the Kokoda Track.

Day 8:
Day Brief We trek from the 1900 campsite to the Eora Creek campsite. Today we summit Mount Bellamy the highest point along the Kokoda Track and then descend down into the Eora Creek campsite passing through Tempelton's Crossing 1 and 2 on the way.

Day 9:
Day Brief - We trek from the Eora Creek campsite to the Isurava campsite. Today we will get our first glimpse of the Kokoda Plateau as we traverse the mountain range leading into the Isurava Campsite. Along the way we will pass through the scenic village of Alola.

Day 10:
Day Brief - We trek from the Isurava campsite to Kokoda Village. Today we will hold a very memorable Dawn Service at the spectacular memorial at Isurava that over looks the Kokoda Valley. After the service we will trek to Kokoda passing through the villages of Isurava and Deniki before descending into Kokoda where we finish the Kokoda Track.

Day 11:
Day Brief - We fly from Kokoda Village to Port Moresby. Today we have a short trek to the Kokoda Airfield where we will take a 35min flight back to Port Moresby. From the airport a short bus trip takes us back to the hotel where we can freshen up before heading out to the Royal Motor Yacht Club for a celebratry dinner and drinks.
6.00am - Breakfast
7.00am - Trek to Kokoda Airfield
10.00am - Fly from Kokoda to Port Moresby
11.00am - Check in to hotel
4.30pm - Mini bus transfer to the Port Moresby Royal Motor Yacht Club
6.00pm - Dinner at the Port Moresby Royal Motor Yacht Club and presentation.
9.30pm - Mini Bus transfer from the Port Morseby Royal Motor Yacht Club back to the hotel.

Day 12:
Day Brief We travel from Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea to Sydney, Australia.
6.00am Breakfast at the hotel.
7.30am Check out of the hotel and a mini bus transfer to Port Moresby International Airport.
7.45am Arrive at Port Moresby International Airport
9.20am Depart Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea for Sydney Australia, via Cairns.
3.55pm Arrive at Sydney Domestic Airport, Australia and collect luggage.
4.15pm - Shuttle Bus leaves for Newport. (Dropping off passengers along the way)

Note:The itinerary may vary due to weather, track and campsite conditions. Please be on time for the bus / aircraft. If you are not there at departure time the bus / aircraft will leave without you. If this happens you will be responsible for your own transport to and from the event/trip. Schedules and itinerary may change due to circumstances out of our control. If this occurs every effort will be made to get the trip back on schedule.
